I have a passion for supporting nonprofits. Working in the social sector for over seven years and in the Salesforce ecosystem for over ten years, I pride myself on being a self-starter and a reliable resource to tackle internal and external projects. One of my personal mottos is ‘Adapt and Overcome.’ I carry this value with me throughout life. This value naturally applies to consulting. Even though we do our best, it’s impossible to predict the future, some things are out of our control. What we can control is how we respond and react, which is why I look at challenges whether they are big or small as opportunities to adapt and overcome.
I also strongly feel that clear and concise communication is paramount to successful relationships both in life and with customers, so I’ve always found that effective communication sets everyone up for success. I thrive off the energy that builds from successful teamwork through collaboration and cross functional alignment whether leading a team or supporting one. I am thrilled to be a part of such a phenomenal team here at KELL that shares these same values and embodies them while working with our amazing customers.
