I started KELL because I’m passionate about helping organizations that are driven to create a social-impact. For many years I’ve worked in this industry and have seen a lot of software companies and consulting firms develop the “next great thing” to help nonprofits. Unfortunately, too often these flashy offers are out of reach for the majority of the organization’s that need the most help. Either the services are too expensive, too complicated or too burdensome for most staff to manage. That’s a problem. The vast majority of nonprofits are not benefiting from these new trends or expensive solutions and they need help solving core problems.
Salesforce provides an incredible platform to help organizations manage their core organizational business needs at a low cost and with amazing efficiency. Every organization can take advantage of this value. Yes, there are bells and whistles and some incredible tools for those organizations capable of utilizing them, but at the heart of Salesforce is a CRM that can be configured to tackle virtually any program or problem and this is why I love what I do.
Even though KELL has grown faster and been so much more successful than I dared to imagine at the beginning, it has both technologically and culturally grown into exactly the company I imagined from the start. A great place to work, doing great work that matters. What could be better than that?
