I transitioned from supporting the digital transformations in the for-profit world, to supporting non-profit missions and Higher Education organizations in 2016. It has been the most fulfilling experience to work with organizations that strive to make this world a better place. As I think back through the thousands of organizations that I’ve partnered with over the years, I am elated that I’ve been able to support so many great missions. I love working through challenges and problem solving for you so you can focus on the great work that you do.

What is something you like about the Salesforce technology?

Regardless of your organization’s size, Salesforce allows for flexibility to scale your organization by expanding your existing environment either by implementing a predefined package, or by allowing you to customize what data or process you want to add without having to implement a completely new solution or environment. Having a database that you can’t report on or requires another solution to report on that data, makes your job harder, and often doesn’t allow for a full view of your data. The power of Salesforce is how visible the data is.
