I really enjoy talking with our clients. I find inspiration in their work, and that makes my job amazing. I'll always remember this one client that organizes birthday parties for inner city kids who don’t have the means. As a parent of two kids, this kind of work inspires me. I get to talk with organizations and schools who are making the world a better place on a daily basis and share what I know about Salesforce.
My job may be to sell KELL's services, but I don’t really see this role as a sales job. It's about giving our clients the best information to help them make informed decisions.
What's something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I love how scalable it is. A lot of organizations fear that they must do everything at once, which is not the case. Salesforce can grow with you. It can scale within departments and outside departments across all functions of an organization. If you can dream it, the platform can probably do it. Start with where do you want to go, then focus on what's realistically achievable today and Salesforce will adapt to meet your needs.
Why do you like working for KELL?
It may sound corny, but I like the people. They make all the difference. We work with people who are good at what they do and that makes my job much easier. Also, the family focus is a huge value. We all get to have a personal life that blends with our work life, it doesn’t feel like a tradeoff. I don’t think I could be the person I’m able to be working at another place. KELL allows me the flexibility to work around my family and life schedule.
