I found my way to working with nonprofits in my early 40’s. I started with volunteering and worked up to becoming the Salesforce Admin for the Funds Development team. My favorite part of working with nonprofits has been the constant opportunity to grow, learn, and help others. Helping others achieve their goals has got to be one of the most satisfying things on the planet. That is what led me to joining the leadership team of my local Salesforce nonprofit user’s group.

What’s something you like about the Salesforce Technology?

It is so customizable! There are many ways in which nonprofits use the technology in a very similar way to each other but just as many ways in which each nonprofit has unique needs and Salesforce can be used to meet the majority of those technology needs. I’m always excited to see the unique use cases a nonprofit has and discovering ways in which Salesforce can be used to meet those needs.

Why do you like working for KELL?

Having gotten a taste of helping other nonprofits with Salesforce made me realize this was the right path for me. Working for KELL gives me the opportunity to help so many other nonprofits succeed. The team at KELL has such an amazing breadth of knowledge and skill! The entire team is so dedicated to helping nonprofits and educational institutions get the most out of their Salesforce implementations, I can’t help but be inspired to do my best to help!
