I have worked with nonprofits my entire career, in organizations ranging from performing arts to patient advocacy, and one thing that has always inspired me is learning about the many important missions that these organization are working to fulfill.

Here at KELL, I get to work with an even greater variety of non-profits, supporting those missions using Salesforce to help small organization achieve big goals (and big organizations achieve small goals :). Many nonprofits don’t have a lot of resources, but they do have two incredibly valuable things: dedicated staff, and rich sources of data. My goal is to help busy staff achieve measureable success by making data something that works for them, not something that makes them work!

Why do you like working at KELL?

KELL has the most amazing group of people working here. Everyone is smart, supportive, and committed to bringing clients the best we can offer. It is a pleasure coming to work each day knowing that everyone from our leadership team to my fellow project managers has my back and is ready to help me however they can, whether it’s brainstorming a solution to a tricky technical problem or making sure I have the flexibility I need to take care of my life outside of work. Our team is what makes us great!

What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?

You don’t have to be a computer programmer to customize Salesforce to meet your needs! With a rich library of resources to help you learn, almost anyone can adapt the platform for any purpose. One of my primary goals is that when our project is done you can continue expand your use of Salesforce and your organization grows and changes.
