It's amazing to think about, but I've been helping nonprofits leverage Salesforce for over ten years! This has given me a deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges. One important thing I've learned along the way is how important the process is for embarking upon an implementation. It's not just a set of decisions, it’s often a significant transformation for our clients in how they function. That's important, and I enjoy helping clients understand the process and develop a detailed and clear plan to help them get to where they need to be. I've worked with thousands of organizations, and no two are the same and I love it. Every organization has its own unique needs, they're often passionate about their mission and they want to put their stamp on the world. This challenges me to find the best, long-term solution for them.
What's something you like about the Salesforce technology?
I like how attainable Salesforce is, but also how you can grow with it. It’s not a solution you're going to grow out of in a few years. As the market changes, there's more that you can leverage in Salesforce.
