After a few years in the financial technology industry, I came to KELL because of the unique blend of technological excellence, authentic collegiality, and the ability to make a positive impact through our work. Prior to working in software development, I spent fifteen years in the nonprofit community working with LGBTQIA, labor, women’s empowerment, housing, and HIV causes. I bring a deep love for fundraising and community organizing to this work, and experience in seeing the platform used well become a powerful accelerating force for building a better world.
What’s something you like about the Salesforce technology?
My favorite screen in the Salesforce User experience is the Report editing tool! Because of the Salesforce focus on human language and click-and-drag editing, anyone can make better data driven decisions without needing to wait three days for an IT team to write a new query or an excel guru to set up pivot tables! From the user-friendly reporting to the powerful automation tools, Salesforce has prioritized turning the platform into an essential tool for any mission driven organization!
Why do you like working for KELL?
After my time in the for-profit spheres, coming back to the Salesforce.org ecosystem is a sort of homecoming for me. I am excited to be part of a team of experts at KELL and look forward to this opportunity to synthesize my love of building automations and data models in Salesforce with my love for mission-based work.
