KELL Partners Expands Mission Opportunities for Nonprofits Through Growth

KELL Partners is a technology consulting firm specializing in Salesforce solutions for nonprofits and education clients.

For the eighth straight year, KELL Partners, a leading Salesforce consulting firm for nonprofits and educational organizations, has experienced record growth. KELL Partners’ success is a result of being positioned to implement technology advances that enable nonprofits to better accelerate their mission.

“With KELL Partners’ help, we are now better equipped to execute our mission and further engage and enrich the lives of more American veterans,” said Dan Brostek, Marketing and Communications Director with Team Red, White & Blue.
Team Red, White & Blue is not alone, the number of organizations that KELL Partners has helped make an impact is growing every day. In 2017, KELL Partners added 76 new clients, completing 178 client projects on the Salesforce.com platform, including 57 new implementations for organizations including River Network, Team Red, White & Blue, and American Friends Service Committee. Growth is projected to continue throughout 2018 to reach the milestone of 1,000 clients.

“It’s inspiring to work with so many amazing nonprofits and provide them with the technology tools they need to succeed,” said Tompkins Spann, Vice President of KELL Partners. “Over the years we’ve learned a lot about how best to assist in our clients’ success and leverage the power of the Salesforce.com platform. We’re putting these lessons back into our services every year to improve our offerings.

To better support its clients, KELL Partners increased headcount by 30 percent in 2017 with additions to its services and sales teams and expects that trend to continue throughout 2018. “At KELL Partners we’ve assembled a team of talented superheroes with diverse technical skills but a common set of values and singular business purpose — helping organizations with Salesforce.” said Spann.

KELL Partners has also Introduced new offerings to better support their clients, including Pardot implementation services and an enhanced Raiser’s Edge migration service that when combined with the KELL360 solution provides an affordable, yet feature-rich alternative to The Raiser’s Edge. Additionally, KELL Partners launched an updated version of its popular Fund Allocations SmartPack, a free Salesforce application that provides nonprofits with critical functionality to manage donation allocations, establish fund goals and export allocations for accounting. Fund Allocations is being actively used by nearly 600 organizations via the Salesforce AppExchange since it launched in 2013.

“KELL is a tremendous partner and asset for our organization,” said Brostek. “Last year we completed a major technical overhaul of our entire infrastructure including our CRM, website, email marketing and donation/registration platforms in support of our veteran enriching programs delivered across 210 chapters throughout the country to over 130,000 members. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving parts and complex requirements. The KELL Partners team remained by our side the entire way and worked closely with all of our partner vendors to ensure we were able to launch our new environment successfully.”
